It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Art Toumala, Art was one of the founding members of our service which was established in 1972, he established something that was very important back then and still is today, emergency medical care for the city of Rolla and surrounding areas. We honor Art and his dedication, especially with the recognition for training and teaching one of the very first groups of EMT’s in the state of North Dakota.

Art, we thank you for your service.

From all of us at the Community Ambulance Service of Rolla, our hearts and condolences go out to the family and friends of Art during this difficult and trying time.

View Arthur Raymond Tuomala's obituary, send flowers, find service dates, and sign the guestbook.
