The event, hosted by the West Virginia Maple Syrup Producers Association and Future Generations University, a private university leading the charge in maple research in Appalachia, invites registered producers to open their doors to the public during the production season. This year, the event will be held on Feb. 21 and Mar. 21, 2026.
