LifeCare Roseau Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and help shape the future of resident care.

In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee nursing services, support and develop staff, strengthen employee engagement, collaborate with residents, families and providers, and help drive best practices across Roseau Manor.

We’re looking for a leader who brings:
• An active Minnesota RN license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred

In honor of our incredible PTs and PTAs here at LifeCare, we’re celebrating the many ways they help patients restore movement, relieve pain, and regain independence every day.

Our Physical Therapy team provides a wide range of services—including orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, balance and fall prevention programs, and much more. Their dedication helps patients of all ages move better and live stronger.
