If you are a senior and wish to apply for Medicaid, SNAP, Medicare Social Security and other benefits, look nowhere else! Simply walk into MAFS Public Benefits Open Houses at Naperville and Carol Stream locations and update yourself with latest information on these benefits.

Experienced SHIP and benefit counselors will walk you through the processes, help you navigate current changes, and provide application services on the spot. Services are provided in Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages.

Drop by between 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM, July-October on these days:

Naperville- 2nd & 4th Fridays, 568 W. Ogden Avenue
Carol Stream- 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 1275, N County Farm Road
