School Bus Safety Week!
🚌 A Fun & Easy Reminder to Stay S.A.F.E.
S – Stay Back from the Curb
Stay at least 10 feet (about 5 giant steps) away from the curb and roadway while waiting for the bus.
A – Always Wait for the Complete Stop
Always wait until the bus has come to a complete stop and the driver opens the door before approaching the bus.
F – Face Forward
Face forward while seated during the ride. This helps keep you safe and helps prevent distractions for the driver.
E – Exit Safely
When crossing in front of the bus, walk at least 10 feet (5 giant steps) ahead so the driver can see you. Make eye contact with the driver and wait for their signal before crossing.
🚌💛 Stay S.A.F.E. and have a great School Bus Safety Week!
