Thank you Dave for the knowledge you have passed to us over the years. Rest easy we will take it from here. We would like to extend our condolences to Dave’s family and friends.

Today, the members of the Spring Lake Fire Department pause to honor the life and legacy of one of our own, Dave Allen.

For 49 years, our departed brother served the Spring Lake Fire Department with unwavering dedication, generosity, and selflessness. Nearly five decades of answering the call, mentoring fellow firefighters, serving our community, and putting others before themselves is a legacy that will never be forgotten.

Dave's commitment helped shape our department and inspired generations of firefighters who had the privilege of serving alongside him. We are profoundly grateful for the time, sacrifice, and countless acts of service he gave to our department and to the community he loved.

To Dave's family and loved ones, we extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt gratitude for sharing him with us for so many years.

Rest easy. Your watch is over. We will take it from here.

Thank you for 49 years of faithful service. You will forever remain a part of the Spring Lake Fire Department family.
