Hello, November! 🍂

As we begin a new month, Blue Star Mothers of America is proud to celebrate Military Family Month and recognize the incredible families who stand beside our nation’s service members.

Military families know what it means to adapt, stay strong, celebrate across the miles, and keep home in their hearts wherever military life may lead. Behind every uniform is a family serving in their own special way. ❤️🤍💙

Throughout November, we look forward to honoring our military families, sharing their stories, and celebrating the love, strength, pride, and sacrifices that connect this amazing community.

⏰ And we hope you remembered to FALL BACK!
Daylight Saving Time has ended, so we hope you turned your clocks back one hour before heading to bed last night.

A new month, an extra hour, and an entire month to celebrate our incredible military families! 💙⭐️🇺🇸

NATIONAL DAY OF THE DEPLOYED 💙🇺🇸

Today, on National Day of the Deployed, Blue Star Mothers of America honors the brave men and women serving far from home and the families who carry their absence in their hearts every single day.

Deployment is measured in more than miles. It is missed birthdays, holidays celebrated apart, empty chairs at the dinner table, late night phone calls, countdowns, care packages, and the hope of a safe return home.

To our deployed service members, we see your sacrifice, we honor your service, and we are grateful for you. 🇺🇸

To the mothers, fathers, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and loved ones waiting at home, we recognize your strength and sacrifice, too. ❤️

Today and every day, may we continue to Remember Everyone Deployed until they all come home.

💙 If someone you love is currently deployed, leave a 💙 or their branch of service in the comments so our Blue Star Mothers family can honor them with you.

MILITARY MOMS UNDERSTAND ⭐💙

There are some things only another military mom truly understands.

The pride you feel watching your child serve. The worry you try not to show. The goodbyes that never get easier. The late night phone calls, missed holidays, deployments, homecomings, and the feeling of relief when you finally hear, “I’m okay.”

Every military mom’s journey is different, but our shared experiences have a way of bringing us together. ❤️🤍💙

That is what makes Blue Star Mothers of America so special. It is a place where you do not have to explain why your heart can be filled with pride and worry at the very same time. We understand because we live it too.

Here, military moms find friendship, support, purpose, and a place to belong while serving our military families, veterans, and communities.

If you are the mother of someone serving or who has served in the United States Armed Forces, there is a place for you with us.

💙 Come find the women who understand your journey. Come find your Blue Star Mothers family.

Happy 251st Birthday, U.S. Navy! 🇺🇸⚓

Today, Blue Star Mothers of America proudly celebrates 251 years of the United States Navy!

On October 13, 1775, the Continental Congress authorized the creation of a naval force, beginning a legacy of service that continues today.

For more than two and a half centuries, generations of Sailors have answered the call to serve, protecting our nation and defending freedom across the seas. Their courage, dedication, and sacrifice are woven into the history of our country.

To every Sailor serving today, every Navy veteran who served before them, and the families who proudly stand behind them, we thank you. 💙

And to our Blue Star Mothers with sons and daughters serving in the United States Navy, today we celebrate your Sailors with you! ⚓❤️🤍💙

Happy 251st Birthday, U.S. Navy!
May you continue to serve with Honor, Courage and Commitment.

⚓ Forged by the Sea. 🇺🇸

Giving Back | Service Continues Beyond the Uniform 💙🇺🇸

For many who have served our country, service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.

It continues in our communities. It is found in veterans mentoring the next generation, volunteering at local events, helping fellow veterans, supporting military families, and stepping forward whenever there is a need.

That heart for service never truly goes away. ❤️

At Blue Star Mothers of America, we are grateful for the veterans, military families, volunteers, organizations, and community members who continue to give their time and talents in service to others.

And we are proud to serve alongside them.

Giving back is one of the greatest ways we can say thank you. Whether it is an hour of your time, a helping hand, or simply showing up when someone needs you, every act of service matters.

Today, we celebrate those who continue to serve long after the uniform is hung up. Thank you for showing us that service is more than something you do. It is something you carry with you. 🇺🇸

Today and everyday we honor the mothers and families that have lost their loved ones while serving our country.
