Join host Karen Heiken on the third Friday of each month from 7 - 8:30 pm in the library. Come share a poem or a story that you or a friend has written. This is a safe space to share with a supportive, non-judgmental group of local writers. Ideas and suggestions are shared and light refreshments will be served.

A library card allows you to check out not only books but also DVDs and lots of other great stuff. A card also gives you access to E-Books and Audio-Books through the WA State Anytime Library system. If you don't already have a card, come on in and get one! The sign-up process is quick, easy and........... best of all..........FREE.

While the smoke has lifted for now, it may come back at any time. Our local fires are far from out. Drop by the library and equip your home for the next smoke event. We are pleased to announce that the WA State Department of Natural Resources has donated ten air-filter-equipped box fans and four personal air cleaner units to the library for free give-away on a first-come basis.
Here's a link to an informational sheet from the DNR on the box fan filter system.

The DNR donated box fans are already supplied with a filter. No DIY necessary. 🙂
