Heads up if you use Libby!

On October 5th, the Libby app will require a barcode AND password to access digital books, audiobooks, and magazines. The password will be the same as the one used to access your account in our online catalog or the Acorn app. You may be prompted to provide this information when using the Libby app.
If you don't know your password, please see a library staff member, visit our catalog, or use the Acorn app to reset your password. (NOTE: You must have an email associated with your library account to reset your password).

A heartfelt thank you to National Iron Bank for sponsoring the Tritown Summer Reading Program running June 22 through August 1, presented by Minor Memorial Library, Gunn Memorial Library in Washington, and Burnham Library in Bridgewater.

With the theme “Unearth a Story,” the program also featured weekly events with hands-on activities, observations, and talks on topics including geology, plants, and energy hosted by the Connecticut State Parks and Department.

Nearly 1000 kids took part in these and other activities hosted by the three libraries.

Altogether, 300 children at our three libraries joined the reading challenge - putting aside their screens to open a book and learn something new.

Thank you, National Iron Bank, for helping us close the book on a very successful summer program!
