Every child deserves support that meets them where they are. 🌿
Therapy can help children and young adults understand their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Every journey is unique, and support should be too.

Sometimes the people around us may not understand what we’re experiencing.. but that doesn’t make our feelings any less real. Mental health challenges can affect anyone at any age. Trust your voice, seek support, and know that healing begins when we acknowledge what we’re going through. 💚

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re grateful for opportunities to connect with our community and support conversations around mental wellness.
RBC Support Services enjoyed participating in Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network 's 2026 Mental Health Awareness Walk & Provider Fair and connecting with community members, partners, and fellow providers across Metro Detroit. 💚
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, and a special thank you to our incredible team for showing up, representing RBC Support Services, and helping us make meaningful connections throughout the community.

🧠 Mental health challenges can affect people of all ages... and some struggles aren’t always visible.
Nearly 1 in 3 youth and 1 in 5 adults experience mental health challenges each year. These are more than statistics - they represent real people, real families, and real stories. 💚
Healing begins with support, compassion, and access to care. A little kindness and understanding can go a long way.
💚You are not alone.
💚Help is available.
💚Healing is possible.
If talking about it helps you heal, cope, breathe, or simply make it through the day - talk about it. 💙
Your feelings are valid. Your story matters. And you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Sometimes healing begins with a conversation. ✨

Bipolar disorder is one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions - often reduced to stereotypes that don’t reflect the full reality.
It’s more than mood swings. It’s a complex condition that can impact energy, sleep, emotions, and daily functioning in ways that aren’t always visible.
Behind the diagnosis are real people navigating highs and lows - while still showing up to work, maintaining relationships, and doing their best to stay grounded.
This World Bipolar Day, let’s move beyond assumptions and choose understanding—replacing stigma with empathy.
Save this. Share this. Help shift the narrative.

CDC reports that about 3.2% of 8-year-old children in the U.S. have been identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), which is approximately 1 in 31 children. ASD affects how people communicate, interact, and experience the world around them. 🌍💙 Awareness helps foster understanding and inclusion.

When was the last time you truly asked yourself what you need?
Understanding your needs is a critical part of overall well-being. Many individuals are never taught how to identify, express, or prioritize their needs-often leading to burnout, stress, or emotional disconnection.
These journal prompts are designed to support reflection, build self-awareness, and help you reconnect with what you truly need. When we take time to reflect, we strengthen our ability to communicate, set boundaries, and care for ourselves more intentionally.
Use these prompts as a tool to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself.
Awareness is the first step toward meeting your needs.
