❤️WOW. JUST WOW. WHAT A DAY!❤️

Words truly cannot express how AMAZING today was! From watching all the kids run, laugh, and have an absolute blast this morning to ending the day with the most EPIC sliming ever… oh and we raised a ton of money.

To every volunteer who gave their time, every parent and family who donated, and everyone who showed up to cheer these kids on…**THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!** None of this would have been possible without you!

And let me tell you, hearing a little girl say, **“I can't believe this is happening to me!”** as she's about to get slimed makes every single moment of stressing over the weather, planning, and last-minute panic completely worth it! 😂

Oakland, you showed up BIG today, and I couldn't be more proud of our school community!** ❤️🖤

What a day. What a school. What an AMAZING group of kids! 🥹❤️

Join us for “Dine Out for Oakland at Mesa!”

What’s a Dine Out? A Dine Out is when Oakland partners with a restaurant on a specific night to offer a percentage of the sales from Oakland families’ purchases back to the PTA!

Head to Mesa on October 20th to dine in or carry out from 4-9pm and tell them you’re from Oakland!

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ 3 DAYS UNTIL THE OAKLAND FUN RUN!!! 🎉❤️🖤

Or should we say FUN GAMES if Mother Nature doesn't work in our favor! 🌧️☀️ Either way, the fun WILL go on!

We are in the final stretch, so make sure you're sharing your child's fundraising page with family and friends! Haven't registered yet? There's still time!

🏆 COMPETITION UPDATE! 🏆
Things are holding pretty steady in both the classroom and Principal for the Day competitions!

👑 Principal for the Day:
📚 Upper Elementary: Lennon is holding strong at $725!
📚 Lower Elementary: Josephine is leading with $450!

🔥 CLASSROOM SHOWDOWN! 🔥

Team Pendleton is showing their DOMINANCE, and honestly, I am HERE FOR IT! 👏👏

But the real question is... Will my 4th graders swoop in before 2 PM on October 16th and steal the win, or will they FINALLY have to give up their crown?! 👑🏆

I'm just saying... 3 days is PLENTY of time for a comeback! 😉 One donation or classroom adoption could change everything!

Let's finish strong, Oakland! ❤️🖤
