Our Story

The Royal Oak Schools Foundation, www.royaloakschoolsfoundation.org, is a charitable organization that raises funds to enrich classroom learning for all of our public education facilities. Our largest expansion of this initiative has been rolling out over the 2017, 2018 and into the 2019 school year ($54,000)! In 2020 our Literacy Project is full steam ahead with Books, more Books, Totes and Little Libray expansion for all elementary’s! STAY TUNED! We also have an annual donations to promote the Instrumental Music Education in the 5th Grade and its called “JumpStart!” of $7,500. It makes up for the loss of State Education dollars that would have decimated the higher education of the art of playing an Instrument. Also, 2- RO PTA Dan Champagne $500 Scholarships, $750 MLK Day, $500 Senior Party, $500 ROHS Hall of Fame Contributions! We are encouraged by the amount of support we receive from Royal Oak, but we could always use more. Remember us for your charitable donations for credit on your taxes and inquire about volunteering for up to 4 events per year! It’s FUN and you can always include friends! Your time is valuable and rewarding, too!
