Our patient-centered health clinic brings together Primary Care and Behavioral Health services to support youth and adults at every stage of life.
We're committed to providing compassionate, integrated care that focuses on the whole person—because health is more than physical, it's mental, emotional, and overall well-being.

In 2025, 270 teens and adults with disabilities received support through our vocational services. 💙

Through job coaching, skills training, and hands-on work experience, we help individuals build confidence and take meaningful steps toward independence and employment.

Throwing it back to Maranda's journey of healing and hope.💚💪

Maranda first began using substances at 14, and by her early 20s, addiction had taken over much of her life. After the heartbreaking loss of her partner, Cody, she made the decision to seek help and begin her recovery journey for herself and her children. 🙏

She turned to Judson Center and continued returning for support throughout her recovery. With time, care, and access to Integrated Care services, she was able to focus on both her physical and mental health.

After years of support, Maranda describes Judson Center as "home" and a place that always welcomed her with open arms.

Today, we honor Juneteenth—a powerful reminder of the end of slavery in the United States
