Judson Center is a non-profit human service agency that provides expert, comprehensive services in southeastern Michigan that strengthen children, adults and families impacted by abuse and neglect, autism, developmental disabilities, and physical and mental health challenges so they are successful in their communities. Since opening its doors in 1924, Judson Center has grown to change the lives of nearly 12,000 children, adults, and families each year. Judson Center has locations in Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills, Flint, Redford, Royal Oak and Warren.

For Anthony, having a job means more than earning a paycheck. It means being part of a team, building relationships and knowing that his contributions matter.

For the past six years, Anthony has worked at PARTNR HAUS with support from his Judson Center Job Coach, Alan. What began as a business looking for help with office cleaning grew into a partnership that has made a lasting impact on Anthony, his coworkers and the business itself.

Becky and Kelli, the co-owners of PARTNR HAUS have watched Anthony grow in confidence and take pride in his work. Their experience also opened their eyes to the broader impact of Judson Center's Supported Employment program and inspired them to find additional ways to give back.

Anthony's story is a reminder of what can happen when employers create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities.

🧡 Support doesn't have to end when ABA therapy does.

At Judson Center, Behavioral Consultation Support helps families continue building on the skills developed through ABA therapy. Led by a BCBA, consultations can take place at home, at school, or in the community and include caregivers and members of the individual's support network.

Support can include individualized behavior plans, caregiver training, reinforcement strategies, and guidance for concerns such as potty training, independent living skills, feeding, and sleep.

Every child and family has different needs, and continued support can help families feel more confident carrying skills into everyday life. 🧡
