TOWN OF RUDOLPH residents, please read below

Village Yard Waste dump site:
We received the following update regarding where things are being dumped at the brush site.

“Someone dumped a load of grass clippings in front of the pile of branches

Most of the waste was dumped out in the open rather than close to the pile.

I saw what appeared to be a deer rib cage under one pile of grass and some animal skulls.”

This is not hard!!! Branches to the left, yard waste to the right and ABSOLUTELY NO DEAD ANIMALS!

Please don’t make us lock this yard site up.

5th Avenue between Pine and Reddin Road will remain closed to thru traffic today

UPDATE: they will be doing road work tuesday so please plan to take alternate route and black topping will now be Thursday. Road will be closed to thru traffic Thursday, the 21st. Thank you

5th between Reddin and Pine Attention: Tuesday and Wednesday, May 19th, and 20th(weather permitting) there will be road work being done on 5th avenue between Reddin Road and Pine Road. Please try to take alternate routes on Tuesday and Wednesday it will be closed to thur traffic.

Village of Rudolph compost site update:

Dairy State has added road base to the original compost site and the new area is back open for tree branches/compost. Please utilize the regular Rudolph site at the end of Ponds Road and drive carefully! Thank you for making the adjustment and adapting with us!

Town of Rudolph residents. Please see the note from the village of Rudolph on the compost site. Town residents also use this site.

ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY: due to the ice storm, rain and downed tree situation in the village we are moving the village brush pile effective 4/3/26. Please drop brush in the marked cone area behind the tank. This will avoid driving back through the 8 Pine worksite and the swamp that is currently back there.

A special thank you to Toby and David for all your hard work and long hours. If you see these gentlemen give them a thank you! They have been working hard away from their homes and families to keep us safe. They aren't done when they park the plow trucks, they have to go home and clean up their yards. Thank you doesn't seem like enough. Thank you to all plow drivers who have been out for hours upon hours. You are all appreciated!
