**Small Department. Big Responsibility. Real Impact.**

At the Rupert Police Department, you're more than an employee—you become part of a team that makes a difference every day.

As a Rupert Police Officer, you will:

✅ Know the community personally—not just answer calls, but build lasting relationships with the people you serve.

✅ Work every aspect of policing. From patrol and investigations to community engagement and problem-solving, you'll gain experience that larger departments often can't offer.

✅ Receive leadership opportunities early. In a small department, your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and your professional growth is encouraged.

✅ Never be just another badge number. Here, every officer plays an essential role in the success of the department.

If you're looking for a career where your work has a visible impact, and where you're supported by a close-knit team we'd like to talk with you.

**Join the Rupert Police Department. Serve with purpose.**

🎆 **Fireworks Night Reminder** 🎆

We're excited to see everyone on the Rupert Square tonight!

A few things to consider before you head downtown:

* Please park legally and be mindful of where you leave your vehicle.
* Take a moment to think about how you'll get out after the fireworks—traffic will be heavy.
* Lock your vehicles and take valuable items with you.
*Remember pets and glass bottles are prohibited on the square. Fireworks are traumatizing to animals so leave them home.
* If you can, consider using a route **other than Oneida Avenue** when leaving town. A few extra turns can help keep traffic moving for everyone.

Most importantly, be patient, watch for pedestrians, and enjoy the celebration!

Have a fun and safe evening, Rupert! 🇺🇸
