This evening, Monday Aug. 3rd, we will be conducting training at an acquired structure in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Crews will be utilizing fake smoke for this training. If you see “smoke”, or a large presence of first responders, don’t be alarmed. It’s just us training to better serve you.

Please drive cautiously through the area. No real smoke or fire will be used for this training, or at any time in the future.

Russia Fire would like to welcome two new members! Jordan Drees, son of Lt. Jason Drees and Shelden Pohlman, son of FF Jess Pohlman were both voted onto the department at last night’s meeting. Welcome and congrats men!

Also, after 25+ years serving the Russia community, Jess Pohlman has decided to retire from the department. Thanks for your decades of dedicated service Jess!
