An early morning structure fire was dispatched around 3:50am. Lovelady responded with mutual aid departments to the area of Barus Pond Loop. First arriving units found a fire that had been burning for an extended time. The area was not accessible to fire apparatus and hose lines were deployed down an embankment for extinguishing the remaining fire.
