The Mobile Home Infill Program (MHIP) was created to jumpstart and fast-track Mobile Home lot improvement and home placement within participating Mobile Home Parks to foster affordable homeownership and as one way to address the need for more housing opportunities. The program is open to income eligible (up to 140% of area median income) Vermont residents.
