Long time no post!

I have been laying really low on my notary services. I have not been marketing myself out there… why?

To be very frank, this field has become very saturated. The new notaries are coming in with cheaper prices while us seasoned professionals are trying to keep our prices because it matches our outstanding customer service standards.

With that said, remember that you get what you pay for.

I have been contacted numerous times about my service & travel cost, & once I receive all the information I need to provide the service fee, clients will back out because they don’t want to pay my fees- which is totally okay, this economy sucks right now.
However, please remember, with me, you get so much more than just my signature & stamp. You get the best customer service experience, someone who knows majority of escrow officers in the Sacramento County, someone who can hand-deliver docs anywhere, & did I forget to mention that I’m mobile? Yes, I come to you! I operate 24/7 365.

Did you know there’s a difference between a notary public and a loan signing agent?

Did you know that in the state of Massachusetts, it is better safe than sorry to always have an attorney notarize your documents?

Did you know that a notary can notarize documents from any jurisdiction?

Example: You have a document that Montana county sent for you to have notarized, but you’re currently living in California.

As long as the notary is commissioned in California and you’re getting the document notarized in California, you are GOOD to go. The notary does not need to be from Montana to notarize your document from Montana County.

Did you know that even though a notary public may know you personally, they are still required by CA law to collect and document your photo ID information?

Always have your photo ID ready!
