A new UCLA-led study on the impact of ACEs on adult health outcomes found that early-life stressors affect long-term health in ways that are both s*x- and stressor-specific. These findings highlight that individual experiences with trauma can shape adult health, offering insights that may lead to more personalized and effective health interventions.
