The Chief Justice of the 3rd District Court of Appeals has been expelled from the bench for inadequate job performance. We have a history with this Judge.
Eight months into the State of Emergency, James Gallagher and I won a trial against Gavin Newsom for abusing his emergency powers.
But then Newsom got the verdict reversed, and the restraining order lifted, by a sloppy opinion written by the Chief Justice. If not for him, one-man rule could have ended a long time ago.
