Proudly Recognizing the Graduates of Our Inaugural Human Resources (HR) Executive Institute 👏

In partnership with California Counties Human Resources (CCHR), we honored 26 dedicated leaders from 17 counties during the CCHR Fall Conference in San Diego on August 28.

This milestone program was designed specifically for current and emerging county HR executives who are navigating today’s most pressing workforce challenges. Over the course of the program, participants completed 50+ hours of advanced professional instruction -including a four-day residency, hands-on elective courses, and opportunities to strengthen leadership networks across California.

Congratulations to each of our graduates for their commitment to professional growth and their dedication to strengthening county HR leadership statewide. 🎉🎊

What’s next? We’re excited to share that the next cohort of the HR Executive Institute launches Wednesday, November 12. This new group of county leaders will build on the success of our inaugural class, continuing the work of shaping a resilient, innovative, and future-ready county workforce.

We look forward to seeing how both our graduates and incoming participants carry forward the mission of advancing excellence in county human resources.

Employee Resilience in Government: The What and How 07/16/2025
