Fall Fun at Fog Willow Pumpkin Patch & Farm! 🍂💛

Our ACC Maple Tree Village residents had a wonderful time visiting Fog Willow Pumpkin Patch & Farm! From seeing the adorable farm animals to soaking in the beautiful fall scenery, it was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and special memories. 🐓🐑

And of course, no outing is complete without enjoying a delicious lunch together! 🍽️😊

At ACC Maple Tree Village, we love creating opportunities for residents to get out, explore, connect with one another, and enjoy all the simple joys each season brings. What a wonderful way to celebrate fall! 🍁🎃

ACC Maple Tree Village Takes on San Francisco🌉

ACC MTV residents recently enjoyed a wonderful day trip to the beautiful City by the Bay! From taking in the sights of Pier 39 and enjoying time together, to creating special memories along the way, it was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and adventure. ❤️

At ACC Maple Tree Village, we believe that meaningful experiences, connection, and a little bit of adventure are all part of living life to the fullest!
