We had such a fantastic Saturday at our first session of Youth Art and Dance Series! Our participants gained some knowledge about Vincent Van Gogh and recreated is famous 'Sunflower' painting with paint and oil pastels. After a nice break, we moved our bodies and learned a dance routine to 'I Like to Move It Move It'!

Spring is here!! Let's go outside and join in the fun playing some beep kickball. Beep kickball is an adapted sport for people who are visually impaired or blind. The game is played with a beeping, soft kickball and buzzing bases. Score points by touching the base before the ball is fielded by the defense. Let's play some beep kickball!!

This program is designed for individuals 16 and older who are visually impaired or blind.

Join Access Leisure for our second Open House! Meet our staff, try adaptive recreational activities, and learn about our programs for the disability community. Activities include cycling, sports chair, goalball, social time, and art. Light refreshments will be served, and take home a swag prize!

What's better than making fun sensory art?! ART-TISM Summer Series is a five week art series program during the summer for youth with Autism taught by Valene Byrd and supported by Access Leisure. Valene leads youth on the spectrum through art activities and encourages them to be as creative and free with the project as they want to be. ART-TISM is a space and opportunity for those to come as they are and express themselves how they want to through sensory art activities.

Come join us for the SpongeBob Musical! Teen Day Out is a monthly opportunity for teens with disabilities to explore the community and have fun with peers. A variety of places we will go include going to dinner, movies, bowling, zoo, paint and sip etc.

Access Leisure would like to invite you to attend our 2024 Summer Day Camp. Spend a week with Access Leisure and meet new and old friends. Let's kick off Summer the best way we can with a Summer Camp. Activities include arts & crafts, dance, talent show, movie day, tie dye, morning walks, and indoor/outdoor activities.

This year summer camp will be offering full day sessions, morning sessions, and afternoon sessions. If you want to hang out with Access Leisure at camp, you can choose what session you would like to join.
