Today the Housing Development and Finance Committee held its inaugural executive committee meeting, an exciting first step toward developing a one-stop-shop for affordable housing finance under the soon-to-be California Housing and Homelessness Agency.

Exciting day for the future of affordable housing finance in California, as the inaugural meeting of the Housing Development and Finance Committee was held. Just over a month away from the launch of the California Housing and Homelessness Agency!

Flicker Bird Homes is open, bringing 76 affordable homes & a health clinic to City of Oakland - Local Government! It is supported by $28.1M from the Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery, Infill & Infrastructure Grant, Multifamily Housing & No Place Like Home Programs.

Led by Satellite Affordable Housing Associates & Native American Health Center, Flicker Bird expands access to healthcare & services supporting long term housing stability for residents. Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency
