πβ¨ What a wonderful day at the Celebrate North Sacramento Festival! β¨π
The Women Democrats of Sacramento County had an amazing time connecting with our community, meeting so many incredible people, enjoying the entertainment, and sharing our mission to Empower β’ Engage β’ Elect women leaders.
We were especially excited to welcome a new member to our growing Women Dems sisterhood! π We met City Manager Maraskeisha Smith (pink dress) and our Board members Eric Wiesenthal and Alaya Agee (aka Ms. Sacramento) shared lots of information about the Women Dems and our upcoming Ice Cream Social. Every conversation, connection, and smile reminded us why community engagement matters so much.
A heartfelt thank you to Councilmember Roger Dickinson for organizing such an outstanding event that brought neighbors, families, organizations, and community leaders together. Your dedication to North Sacramento was on full display, and we were honored to be part of the celebration.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared their stories, and learned more about the Women Dems. We canβt wait to see you at future events!
