When the CALBO Board of Directors met earlier this month, the main highlight was this incredible community. 2025 has been a year of collaboration, learning, and growth. From ABM, to Ed Weeks, webinars, and leadership academies, to advocacy for the building-safety community, connecting at events, participating in the Virtual Career Fair, and exploring the CALBO Resource Hub, your engagement has strengthened California’s building-safety community all year long.

With 2026 on the horizon, we’re looking forward to new tools, expanded resources, and fresh ways to learn, connect, and lead together.
