Come down this Saturday and visit with costumed characters and learn about sewing.

Second Saturdays are twice as much fun at the Sacramento History Museum, and this weekend will be no exception. Guests are invited to watch and learn different sewing techniques used by ladies who lived in early Sacramento. Each guest can then make their own hand-made doll or coin purse using what they learned.
Plus, we’ll have some interesting characters on hand… in addition to our galleries and exhibits exploring the history and stories of the pioneers who settled here during the Gold Rush…

Visit us this Saturday and get the real lowdown on Sacramento City from the folks who lived it. We’re open from 10am to 5pm. Last tickets are sold at 4:30.
