Females in free-fall at Capital Stage, New Helvetia - The Sacramento Bee Gularte: "It was a fitting piece for our season of power plays in that we wanted to be able to take a personal story around the idea of the search for power, so it was a good time to put it in the season."

Ladies and Gents - Are you ready for some good news? SacraMelo favorite Alexander Hogy (Robin Hood, Captain Crook, etc) has been accepted to a Summer Intensive at the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City. Mark your calendars for June 27th. We're going to hold a little fund raiser for him and want you all to be there. Details coming soon. Go Alex!

p.s. For all you theatre companies out there. What the Delta King is asking for is $1,500. per month which is actually very reasonable. We just don't run year round and can't afford to pay for the months that we're not running. If that's within your budget, it's an awesome space!

Thank you all very much for your concern and comments. We're just going to take a minute to catch our breath and decide what we want to do next. We could probably use a hand next weekend getting things off the boat if any of you would like to help. Thanks again.

We just got some bad news folks. We aren't going to be able to continue aboard the Delta King so I'm afraid that we are going to have to shut things down. It's been an amazing ride and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to share these shows with you. Thank you for your friendship and support. ~Gary
