Culinary Club Makes Dinner for School Board Natomas Unified School District Nutrition Services teamed up with the Inderkum Culinary Club to prepare a farm-to-fork dinner for school board members yesterday.

And they are off..... demonstrating and understanding the importance of CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH is at the top of the list of essential outcomes in our PE MYP Units! Go Tigers! Growl!

Tigers...Do you like learning new things? Want to improve your public speaking skills? Interested in representing IHS in competition? Come find out more about Academic Decathlon. Meetings are Mondays after school and Wednesdays from 8-9 a.m. in room D207. Students of all grade and GPA levels are welcome to join! See Ms. Downing in D207 for more information. Go Tigers! Growl!
