This pic comes to us from John Peters. He found it in a box of photos but doesn’t remember what it was all about. Do you? Can you name to shipmates in this photo taken on the pier at Sub Base San Diego?

OK shipmates. Here’s a simple yet fun challenge - Then & Now.
Post 1 or 2 photos that shows you when you were assigned to San Onofre (Then) with a friend in the pic, and also shows you with that same friend recently (Now). I’ll start the ball rolling — me and Jeff Decker. GO!

It's been 28 years since I saw this view. Back at Naval Sub Base San Diego. It's actually great to be back. The San Onofre ARD30 is long gone but the Arco is still here going strong. I just attended BBQ at the commodore's home here. Back in the day that thought never would have entered my brain!⚓️
