Yesterday, riders arrived on the Gold Runner train at Sacramento Valley Station for the first time since 2020. The return of this service is an important step in reconnecting Central Valley riders with Sacramento’s businesses, attractions, and the State Capitol—through Sacramento Valley Station, which has benefited from Measure A investment. STA Board Members Pat Hume and Roger Dickinson joined regional partners at the station to mark the launch of the restored service to Sacramento. A new late-afternoon departure will also make southbound travel more convenient. Visit GoldRunner.com for schedules and connections.
