Free compost for City of Sacramento residents is back! Check sacrecycle.org for the coupon code and information on how to get bagged or bulk compost. It can be ordered for pickup or delivery (for a fee). Pickup of bulk compost requires a truck.

This compost is a product of our organics recycling program and in compliance with Senate Bill 1383. Please remember to always recycle your food scraps in the green bin (formerly your yard waste bin) so they can be turned into a valuable, nutrient rich compost--which can then be used in your own garden or plant containers.
