On National Farmers Day, let’s take a minute to acknowledge the source of the items that fill our grocery carts and provide the ingredients for restaurant menus across the country. On behalf of all Americans, we thank the farmers, ranchers, and farm workers who work hard every day to feed our communities and keep rural America growing.

Farming is more than a job – it’s a way of life. But the pressures of farming can take a toll on mental health, and no farmer should feel they have to face those challenges alone.

The Farmer Mental Health Resilience Program offers free, confidential resources to help farmers and their families build resilience, recognize warning signs, and start conversations about mental health.

Today is world Mental Health Awareness day.
Grange partner, Rural Minds, has developed resources specific to helping our Rural Youth with a specific Mental Wellness Program.
This free hub offers practical resources, ways to support a friend who's struggling, and real talk on the issues affecting young people today.
