NOTARY NOTES FROM NANCY
There is a movement to change the law regarding the use and / or legality of using the Web to conduct notary signings. As it stands right now, the person who is signing must appear in person or by named in person proxy to have a document notarized. There are, at present, only two states that have passed the law to allow Web signings.
What is your opinion? Should all states allow it? If so, why or why not?
Let me know what your thoughts are.

Is An Expired ID Acceptable For A Notarization? Notaries who are presented with an expired ID from signers are not always allowed to accept them.
