Confusion is the result of either a lack of information or a twisting of the truth.
How does your abuser keep you in confusion?
And what do you need to do to find clarity?

Many people excuse abusers' behaviors as due to either ignorance or woundedness. But abusers are strategic. They know what they're doing.
