The Joe Mims Jr Hagginwood community center offers programs and services from the City of Sacramento Dept or Parks and Recreation. must pre-register. Hosts a variety of senior activities arts, fitness, tai chi, bingo and more. Provides youth and teen activities daily. Sports music art Cooking games fitness homework help snacks and more.
