❤️ WANT TO HELP BUT DON’T KNOW HOW? ❤️

We have a wonderful opportunity for YOU to make a difference! 🙏❤️

At Gila Valley Samaritan Home, providing a warm meal is about so much more than food. It’s about showing someone who is experiencing homelessness that they are cared for, valued, and not forgotten. ❤️

🍽️ WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🍽️

We currently have no one signed up to provide meals from November 1st through November 22nd! Thanks in advance for your help 🙏❣️🙏

Do you belong to a church group, youth group, club, business, or community organization? Gather your friends, family, or coworkers and sign up to provide a meal for our guests!

💕 You don’t have to do something huge to make a HUGE difference. Sometimes a warm, home-cooked meal and a little kindness can mean the world to someone going through a difficult time.

Our community has always had such a beautiful way of coming together for those in need. We are asking you to help us fill these empty dates and make sure our guests know they are not alone.

Together, we can turn an empty meal calendar into 22 days of compassion and kindness! ❤️🙏

Thank you for helping us put Compassion in Action! ❤️

❤️ OVER 250 CHILDREN RIGHT HERE IN OUR COMMUNITIES WITHOUT A PERMANENT HOUSING! ❤️

This is a heartbreaking reality that many people may not realize. 💔

At Gila Valley Samaritan Home, we work directly with the McKinney-Vento Homeless Liaisons in each of our local school districts to obtain accurate numbers of children experiencing homelessness in Graham and Greenlee Counties.

These numbers aren’t guesses. They come directly from our schools, where dedicated staff work to identify and support students who do not have stable, permanent housing.

These are children in OUR communities. Children who sit in classrooms alongside our children and grandchildren. Children who may be sleeping in motels, staying with other families, or living in unstable situations through no fault of their own.

❤️ Every child deserves to feel safe, warm, comfortable, and confident.

We are so grateful to Graham County Adult Probation for partnering with Gila Valley Samaritan Home to help meet this growing need!

👖 CLOTHING DRIVE — NOW THROUGH NOVEMBER 17!

We are accepting ONLY the following items:
👖 Pants — Children’s sizes K–12, up to 38”
👟 Shoes — Children’s sizes K–12, up to size 38
❤️ Blankets

Items must be brand-new or gently used, clean, and in good condition. Please donate only items you would feel comfortable giving to your own child.

At Gila Valley Samaritan Home, we believe that homelessness should never take away a child’s dignity. Every child deserves to know that their community cares about them.

Together, we can make a difference, one child at a time. ❤️
