The St. Albans Town Fire Department provides Fire Protection, Heavy Rescue, Water Rescue, & Tech Res Today, the St.
Albans Town Fire Department was founded in 1975 in response to the rising cost of purchasing fire protection from another township. At the time of founding, a significant sum of state grant money was available for the formation of the department. 🚨 MISSING JUVENILE – PLEASE SHARE 🚨
New York State Police are asking for the public’s help locating 16-year-old Koltynne H. Wood of Plattsburgh.
Koltynne was last seen leaving her home on Shingle Street in Plattsburgh at approximately 9:00 p.m. on May 9, 2026. She was later seen again around 2:45 a.m. on May 10, 2026, on surveillance footage near State Route 22B in Morrisonville.
Police believe she may be in the wooded areas or near roadways in the surrounding area.
Koltynne is described as:
• 5’3” tall
• Approximately 100 lbs.
• Short brown hair
• Blue eyes
She was last seen wearing dark-colored pants, a light-colored top, and carrying a flashlight.
Residents in the area are asked to check security cameras, sheds, garages, wooded property, and any other areas where she may have sought shelter.
Anyone with information or possible sightings is asked to contact the New York State Police at (518) 563-3761 immediately.
