We are so lucky to have big green spaces at all of our PreK–8 schools where students can run, explore, laugh, and just enjoy being kids with their friends during the day.

Those unstructured play moments matter. Kids need time to move, reset, be outside, and figure things out together. It helps them come back to class more focused and ready to learn.

Movement breaks and outdoor play are a big part of a healthy school day.

Sunshine, green fields, and happy kids, it doesn’t get much better than that.

We want to share a brief update about new statewide education legislation moving through Montpelier.

The Education Transformation Bill (H.955) has passed the Legislature and is now before the Governor for consideration. While there is still work ahead to understand how it will be implemented, Maple Run will continue to stay informed and participate in discussions with other districts and state leaders as details develop.

At this time, schools are operating as normal, and our focus remains where it should be every day in classrooms supporting students, learning, and strong school communities.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your continued support of Maple Run schools.
