We offer books, e-sources, non-traditonals, museum passes, and more. Membership required to borrow items. Free to St. The St.
Albans City & Town as well as Franklin Grand Isle County residents 65+, $30 annually for other. Albans Free Library offers a number of special programs and a variety of resources for both children and adults. The Library is governed by a nine member Board of Trustees elected by the voters of the City and Town of Saint Albans, VT.
