We are honestly blown away by the support from our community, local contractors, and those who truly love our little town.

We aren’t there yet, but we are getting closer to our $25,000 goal! Every bit helps, and we are so thankful for everyone helping make this project happen.

We’ve had several people reach out asking about sponsorship for the Ashton Helipad, so here’s what we’re thinking!

Any amount helps, and every donation is appreciated!

The biggest reason this project matters is time. Ashton doesn’t have an airport, and the closest is St. Anthony. In a major trauma, stroke, heart attack, severe bleeding, or other life-threatening emergency, those extra minutes matter.

A helipad would allow medical helicopters to come directly to Ashton when time is critical.

Island Park has one near the Elk Creek Gas Station, and as our community continues to grow, we feel Ashton needs this resource too.

As our community continues to grow, finding safe places for Air Medical Transport to land is becoming more difficult due to power lines, full parking lots, development, and other obstacles. Our priority is creating a safe landing zone for patients, first responders, flight crews, and those nearby.

Today we’re grateful for the quick response of Intermountain flight and Ambulance service. ( the chopper based at Madison Health.) They were able to land at the St. Anthony ball Diamonds and quickly transfer a patient to EIRMC that had taken a nasty fall from a roof.
