Breaking News: Our Senior Circulation Assistant has been promoted to Executive Chef just in time for National Pasta Month! Armed with two sidekicks and an unreasonable amount of confidence, they put our Try It Yourself: Induction Cooking Kit to the test.
Good news: The pasta cooked perfectly. Better news: You can borrow the kit yourself!
Just plug the induction cooktop into a standard electrical outlet, and you're ready to cook. The kit includes the cooktop, compatible cookware, a test magnet, and instructions to get you started.
Borrowers must be 18+ and sign a waiver. Fine dining? Maybe. Fine borrowing? Absolutely!
