The LSS Youth Resource Center - St. Cloud would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Innate Healing in St. Cloud for visiting our space today and sharing such a powerful experience with our youth! Your sound bath session, offered in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, created a calming and restorative space that many of our young people truly needed.

The opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect through healing sound was more than just a moment, it was a meaningful reminder that wellness comes in many forms. Your presence helped introduce our youth to new ways of managing stress, finding balance, and prioritizing their mental health.

Here's the tea. We may not have been posting as often as we'd like, but every single day, young people are walking through our doors looking for safety, support, and someone who won't give up on them.

Here's a glimpse of what has been quietly happening at the LSS Youth Resource Center - St. Cloud since January:
