🚨Vineyard Valley Evacuation Drill🚨

On September 28, Vineyard Valley residents participated in an evacuation drill. St. Helena Police Department Officers used their hi-lo sirens while residents practiced evacuating the park and meeting at Vintage Hall.

Before the drill, residents received information on evacuation alerts, evacuation routes, Go Bags, and ways to prepare before an emergency happens. They were also given information on signing up for Everbridge (previously known as Nixle) so they can receive emergency alerts and evacuation information on their phones

Residents were reminded that if they ever feel unsafe during an emergency, they do not have to wait for an evacuation notice and can leave the area early.

🚨Simulacro de Evacuación de Vineyard Valley🚨

El 28 de septiembre, los residentes de Vineyard Valley participaron en un simulacro de evacuación. Los oficiales del Departamento de Policía de St. Helena utilizaron sus sirenas hi-lo mientras los residentes practicaban cómo evacuar el parque y reunirse en Vintage Hall.

Antes del simulacro, los residentes recibieron información sobre alertas de evacuación, rutas de evacuación, mochilas de emergencia y diferentes maneras de prepararse antes de una emergencia. Today, we remember September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

This piece of steel recovered from the World Trade Center serves as a powerful reminder of the lives lost, the sacrifices made, and the incredible courage shown by first responders that day.

We honor the members of the FDNY, NYPD, PAPD, and all those who ran toward danger to help others.

We remember the fallen. We honor the heroes. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

PUP-DATE: A HAPPY ENDING! 🐾

We’re happy to share that this sweet puppy has found a loving forever home! 🐾

After fostering the puppy while we worked to locate the owner, the foster family agreed to adopt and officially make this little pup part of their family.

Thank you to everyone who shared our original post and helped spread the word. We’re so happy to see this pup starting a new chapter in a loving home! ❤️
