In this role, you'll direct and manage functions of the department of Property Management including space management, design, construction project planning and cost estimates, and construction project management.

This position is responsible for directing the procurement of professional engineering services and general contractors; establishing policies and procedures for the management of the division; and participating in the overall management of the department as a member of the Property Management senior management team.
