We know that October 22 is an emotionally loaded day for many, as it marks the day Jacob Wetterling was taken from us in 1989. We take our cues from the Wetterling family, who continue to honor Jacob’s memory by remembering how he lived.

We hope you’ll join us in making the world a better place in memory of Jacob. ✨🫶🏻

As October 22 approaches, we continue our tradition of asking you to leave a porch light on to light the way home for all missing children and adults.🕯️💡

We also invite you to choose a trait from our list—11 ways Jacob lived while he was with us—& put that trait into action on Thursday.

Can you be a good friend to someone who needs one? Show kindness to someone who could use a little extra? Offer understanding when it matters most?

Small acts can make a big difference. Our hope is that, together, we can create a positive ripple effect of kindness, compassion & joy in honor of Jacob.

Thank you for helping us keep Jacob’s memory alive by spreading joy & making the world a little brighter. 💙

Leave a light on. Live a trait. Spread joy.

On Halloween weekend in 1986, 17-year-old Noel Dalluge traveled to a remote Minnesota hunting cabin with his high school buddies. The plan was simple: party, hunt, and celebrate the end of football season. But early the next morning, Noel vanished into the woods... without a trace. An extensive search turned up nothing, and questions about what really happened that weekend have haunted his family for decades. Now, nearly 40 years later, new interviews and old suspicions raise a disturbing possibility: someone at that cabin knows more than they've ever admitted.

On Halloween weekend in 1986, 17-year-old Noel Dalluge traveled to ...
