Dear Members of the Salem School Community:
As most of you are aware, the Salem School District is involved in the process of selecting a new Superintendent.
The Board has selected C.E.S. Executive Searches to assist us in the search process to find the best candidate to be next Superintendent. Please use the links below to complete a community survey and share your thoughts on the qualities and expertise you feel are important for the next Superintendent to possess. Your input is valuable and will help guide our search. The survey will close on November 5th at 2:00 p.m., and we hope that you will take the time to offer your input.
In addition, there will be focus groups that will be held with various stakeholders including parents, school staff, town boards, and Salem community members. The attached flyer includes the focus group schedule. Links to the focus groups will be available on our website later in the week. If you are not able to attend during your designated focus group time, you are welcome to attend the community member focus group session (virtual or in-person).
