The Dent County Developmental Disabilities Board is looking for a Support Coordinator. This position involves working with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and service providers. Key responsibilities include developing support plans, advocating for individuals, assisting them in obtaining necessary services and supports, coordinating the delivery of those services, monitoring the implementation of support plans, and maintaining accurate records.
This position is in-person, and applicants must report daily in Salem, Missouri.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or RN License (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
· Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills
· Must have computer skills and be well-versed in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar Documentation is an essential component of this position and requires attention to detail
· Ability to consistently meet timelines for task completion and strong time management skills.
· Flexible schedule to accommodate service monitoring/planning when the individual is available.
· Ability to work independently and meet monthly billing expectations
· Operation of a motor vehicle is required & includes proof of a valid driver’s license, the ability to maintain automobile liability insurance as required by MO state law.
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience
