We had a most amazing afternoon at Bancroft Library the other week. Kids were being kids--creating, building, playing together. One student was playing her trumpet outside, sidewalk chalk artists drew on the sidewalk, and it felt VIBRANT. The street corner was alive in the best way!

It would be so wonderful to carry that vibe through each week. Come and read a book outside while it is still warm enough. Borrow the chalk and draw your own artwork. Do you play an instrument?? Why not sit in the chairs and add a little musical flare to the afternoon?

Salem seems like a sleepy town, but it is not. There are so many people doing wonderful things for this community. Come and take part!
